October Violet Box

Hey :)

So, about four months ago I'd been looking into ways to expand my make-up collection (which some wouldn't even call a collection) but never knew what products to try and found everything so expensive, with the risk of not even liking it.

I turned to subscription boxes and after research and watching endless unboxing videos, I decided on the violet box. I have now been a happy subscriber for three months.

But basically you pay $29.00 a month including shipping for a box containing products with a total value of $60.00+ the products are usually a surprise, with one sneak peek product shown through the Violet Box Facebook page.

The October box was rather late to arrive on the 31st, usually it arrives around the 26th or 27th of the month. This wait does not bother me and actually made me more excited.

I may have used this twice already
I personally have oily hair and have found this great, definitely will consider buying the full size 

Haughty Cosmetics- Perfect Finish Lip-Gloss
Shade = Give
(full size for $23.99)
This picture doesn't really show the colour in its true form.
Personally its not my favorite colour on me,
But its lovely to apply and has a beautiful finish

Designer Brands- Retractable Lip liner

Shade = 484 red

(full size for $8.99)
A brand I have seen a lot of and received products with magazines when I was  younger and even the school ball.
Again not my colour, but I think it will come in handy when I want to be more out there. 

              

WOTNOT- Facial Wipes for oily/sensitive skin
(full size 5pack for $2.95 or 25pack for $8.95)
I used these for the first time to remove the swatches below.
Although it worked I feel other wipes I have used have worked better.
However, I love that these are organic and natural.

Be A Bombshell- "The One Stick"
Shade = Girl Crush"
(full size for $23.00)
I love everything about this the colour is beautiful
and works well for lips, eyes or the cheeks.
The texture is wonderful and works well for all three
However, it apply best with a brush.

Aphelia- Acne Solution
(full size 50ml for $49.00)
I am using this for the first time tonight,
But have never really found these types for products to work
